DESIGN

Our home specialist gets to know how you live, and suggests innovative home floor plans and stand-out features that fit your family and lifestyle.

Harappa Homes offers an extensive collection of floor plans from which to choose. Each floor plan can be customized to give you the maximum number of options.

During this time, you may have room in your budget to add some premium interior finishes such as custom closets, aluminum windows, pool, etc. There are many benefits to adding these features during the building process, instead of adding them at a later date, so make sure to discuss your options with our home specialist.

When the design process is complete, we provide you with a complimentary cost estimate that works within your budget.

Finalize

Now that you have your house plans and quote, it's time to review and finalize the paperwork. Our home specialist will guide you through the following:

• Site inspection
• Materials & finishes selection
• Preconstruction meeting

BUILD

This is an exciting time, where you get to watch your design go from blueprints to standing right before your eyes. To be sure you're happy with the finished product, we recommend visiting the construction site and giving feedback.

You'll be able to track the progress of your home via our online portal, which will provide you with regular updates and images from our construction manager.

Our craftsmanship shines through in the details, and you can feel confident your house is in good hands.

Once everything is completed, you will do a final walkthrough with the site engineer before moving in. During the walkthrough, you will have the opportunity to have anything fixed or adjusted that isn't correct.
